Jagadeesh Chandra Bose
Jagadeesh Chandra Bose is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Bosevia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., bringing over two decades of comprehensive experience in the IT industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bangalore University, with a strong foundation in Human Resources and strategic management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bose has partnered with leading global and Indian organizations, delivering high-impact talent acquisition and workforce solutions. His expertise encompasses end-to-end recruitment, enterprise staffing strategy, resource delivery management, and workforce planning across permanent and contract hiring models.
He leads Bosevia Technologies with a clear strategic vision focused on operational excellence, resilient team development, and the delivery of future-ready talent solutions aligned with evolving industry demands.
Prior to establishing Bosevia Technologies, Mr. Bose held senior leadership positions including Senior HR Manager & Administration and Resource Delivery Manager, where he led high-performing teams, managed large-scale hiring programs, and strengthened client partnerships through structured governance frameworks.
Ambli Suresh
Ambli Suresh holds an M.Tech in Structures and is a seasoned executive with over four decades of extensive experience in engineering, project leadership, and professional consultancy. He also holds prestigious certifications including Chartered Engineer, FIE, Registered Valuer, and FACI.
He has successfully planned, designed, and executed major industrial and infrastructure projects, including international training facilities, export-oriented manufacturing units, and a Special Economic Zone.
An IIT Bombay alumnus, he brings a strong command of strategic direction, operational governance, and organizational stewardship. At Bosevia Technologies, he contributes his executive perspective to reinforce the company's strategic intent, governance framework, and long-term operational resilience.
Dinabandhu Behera
Dinabandhu Behera serves as Chief Technology Officer steering the company's strategic vision in growing the Aerospace and Defence portfolio. He has over 30 years of elite experience in the aerospace and defence sectors.
A specialist in DO-178C, DO-254, and complex hardware-software integration, Dinabandhu has built an illustrious career spanning India's premier defence labs and global technology giants, including HAL, DRDO, Thales, IBM, and BAeHAL.
By combining high-level research insights with commercial innovation, he ensures that every project meets the most rigorous safety-critical standards.
S.R. Subramanya
S.R. Subramanya holds degrees from IISc, Indiana University, and George Washington University. He received international awards and grants from NSF.
He worked with ASEA, NOKIA, LG Electronics and is CEO of Exskillence, a tech consulting company in the USA.
He authored 12 books and 130+ research papers.
Dr. S. Prabhu
Dr. S. Prabhu holds a BE in Civil Engineering, MTech in Industrial Structures, and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Mysore and Jain University, complemented by advanced training at INSEAD Singapore, Ramboll Denmark, and IRICEN Pune.
He has three decades of distinguished experience in infrastructure engineering and project management. His career highlights include serving as Chief Track Engineer for South Western Railway and Chief Engineer in Bengaluru.
At Bosevia, Dr. Prabhu provides mentorship on integrating advanced technologies into infrastructure projects, including BIM modelling, digital twins, and IT-enabled infrastructure simulations.
